I bought a really cheap and small laptop

ASUS have introduced a new low-cost laptop selling for around £200 in the UK. The standard system runs on Linux rather than Windows (although this is now available as an option). For every-day use, the user-interface they have chosen and the free applications all look-and-feel and work pretty much the same as on Windows.

There is a Forbes article on the history behind the device and there are lots of news reports as well as a couple of reviews on PC Pro’s website

Keyboards is a bit small for me and so is the trackpad (I don’t like the full size trackpads though) – I have plugged a mouse in.

Written this on it.
